Is the oldest district of Lisbon, spreading on the slope between the Castle of Lisbon and the Tejo river. Its name comes from the Arabic Al-hamma, meaning fountains or baths. It contains many important historical attractions, with many Fado bars and restaurants. (keep reading at the Wikipedia)
Alfama es el barrio más antiguo de Lisboa. Esta lleno de pequeños bares y restaurantes donde se puede comer maravillosamente bien. Dispone de algunos miradores con espectaculares vistas sobre el resto de Lisboa. Personalmente considero que Lisboa es una ciudad que no puede dejar de visitarse. Es encantadora.
