Too Much Beauty

It is about noon outside this Upper Canyon. Several beams of light actually hit the sandy bottom. The colors are intense. GO LARGE. See the other photographers?

My Canon S2IS is on a short tripod close to the ground for these bracketed shots. Guides kept throwing sand in the air to highlight the light beams. When you are alone in here, you feel the spirits.

I think this is actually the railing on the deck at the house I grew up at. The lines around the knot remind me of those diagrams of solar winds… Looked like a little solar system.

One of the girls from work brought in a coral vine cutting, a must have for my garden. I have noticed a reoccurring theme in my Autumn photos, that amazing blue sky.
